And I have been shocked with the horrendous prices of Manila real estate prices. The economy seems to be on the upswing and there is no stopping it. Two years ago, you would think a Dasmarinas Village house at 70million is exaggerated-well, the lowest now is around 95m. So , if you had bought that 70m house, you would have earned 25m today if you sell it...
So, people like condominiums because it is becoming more affordable than getting a house and lot. So, this video will prove useful to you for sure. It was useful for me so i would like to share this with you.
